Tianjin Shengwei Development of Science Co., Ltd. is a high-technology company registered in Tianjin Science and Technology Property Area which works on the development, manufacture and sales of high technological products in the fields of public traffic, environmental protection and multimedia electronics. In Shengwei, there are 10 postgraduates 7 higher engineers and many bachelors, and personnel's average age is in the range of 24-45 years old.
