It was set up by Mr. Wu Yukai which is doctor of Industrial and Commercial management major, gainer of state 4th Town Enterprisers, member of Tianjin Political Consultative Conference, representative of People&＃039;s Congress in Tanggu District. In the year of 2001, Kaiwei Chemical was entitled as Tianjin Excellent Enterprise. In recent years, it still was awarded as Contract Keeping and Credit Abiding Enterprise by Tianjin local government, Excellent Enterprise in Security Management, 3A Enterprise, Qualified Enterprise in Quality Check, as well as Hundred Strong Private Running Enterprise. In 2002, Kaiwei passed ISO9001:2000 international quality standard certification. It is one of most scaled civil enterprises in Tanggu. Kaiwei Chemical is one major manufacturer of Melamine and Caustic Soda of various specification, which are mainly used in different fields as metallurgy, petroleum chemistry, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical, soap, plastic, coating, textile and paper making. They are well sold to southeast Asia, Africa and South America. Since they are of stable quality, they totally satisfy users and are highly appraised by users. For so many years, Kaiwei Chemical keeps to aim at world leading level combining self developing and introducing together. Kaiwei has reformed and newly set up new caustic soda and melamine systems, therefore, at present, Kaiwei is of annual caustic soda production capacity 60, 000 tons per year, melamine 20, 000 tons per year. Once melamine expansion project finishing, its production capacity can reach 38, 000 tons per year.
