My company represents the interests of a number of small Western Australian producers of Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Midwest to the cooler Great Southern regions of the State. We haave just finished pressing this year&＃39;s harvest and we have 80 tonnes each of Manzanillo and Frantoio and a small quantity of oil from a mixture of varieties, all low in oleic acid.
