We are a general purpose Trading Agent. We buy and sell goods in any market. We have many customers we buy for. We only deal with suppliers that will provide us a full protection contract guarantee of non compete non disclosure to all customers of ours and a 1 year guarantee non-business non trading clause between all related and non related parties of the business and our customers from the time we cease business relations with that company. We must be the contractual agents of record for all dealings with these customers with blanket coverage to any entity or business that any key members, agents, or representatives involved can not have any dealings within this 1 year period without us as agents to manage those transactions unless we otherwise decline in contract. If you wish us to supply you or purchase your goods, you must meet these contractual terms under penalties and costs. We enforce our trade agreements fully.
