CHIA SEED
It is a plant of the Labiatae family. It is a herbaceous annual that can reach 2 meters height. The leaves are 4 cm to 8 cm long and 3 cm to 5 cm wide, flowers are hermaphrodite and purple. It blooms between April and May and is grown in Mexico, Bolivia and Argentina. Chia plant needs a subtropical climate. The seed is about 2 mm long and 1.5 mm wide. It is oval, glossy, colored or white grayish-brown.
We recommend consuming a daily tablespoon (3 grams).
