Company Introduction

The Mad Bomber Company, founded in 1984, is the original and worlds largest Bomber hat manufacturer. Mad Bomber hats and accessories are treasured by a wide range of people all over the world from outdoor enthusiasts, skiers, and snowboarders to work crews, urbanites, and fashionistas. Mad Bomber Products Mad Bomber uses recycled fabrics, organic cottons, vegetable and soy dyes in combination with innovative fabrics to create high-quality products that live up to their lifetime guarantee. Our natural rabbit fur is a byproduct of the food industry, which makes us feel better about using what would otherwise be a wasted resource. We also offer faux-fur styles that stay warm and soft. We are committed to supplying our customers with the coolest products possible while minimizing our impact on the environment. To support local farmers and reduce our environmental impact, we strive to use the following materials in our products: Pesticide-free hemp Organic cottons Recycled fabrics and tags Vegetable or soy dyes Low impact accessories The Mad Bomber Story Raised in the flatlands of Virginia, our demented founder and figurehead originally journeyed to Utah, where he became an unstable ski jumper known as The Mad Bomber. He eventually found his way to Manchuria, where he impulsively bought a few dozen hats to sell in the United States to help pay for his trip. After some minor setbacks early on, Mad Bomber headwear and accessory sales have grown steadily over the last 20 years, and now we are the largest Bomber hat manufacturer around. As our own Mad Bomber says: When the Siberian winds blow, whether you are traveling the steppes of Manchuria or skiing the Grand Tetons, be cool and keep warm with Mad Bomber.
