Our company represents industrial buyers of gold, silver, platinum, palladium, copper, and diamonds.

Please note, I will be glad to screen your offer through brokers/ agents/ seller intermediaries, but my buyers will only speak directly to the sellers/ seller mandates. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE.

Proof of assets and a soft corporate offer detailing procedures and price will be required before intitiating negotiations, as will full specs on the assets you can supply (type of metal, form, purity, quantity and asking price).

All purchases are CIF our refineries.  Under certain circumstances, we will we will:
a. travel to inspect the gold;
b. we will pay directly to the government the export duties, insurance and transportation;
c. we will bear the cost of the assay, but will pay it directly to the various agencies and deduct all these costs from the final purchase price.
d. we will open a Standby Letter of Credit or Bank Guarantee for the full amount of the transaction value.  WE WILL NOT PAY ANY FUNDS DIRECTLY TO THE SELLER UNTIL THE FINAL ASSAY AT OUR REFINERY. We have yet to see a transaction where the buyer did not lose his deposit. If the Seller is not willing to accept these procedures, we cannot proceed with the transaction.
