In early November 2009, TCG completed issuing 6 millions TCM shares for the strategy shareholder, E-Land Asia Holdings (Singapore) belonging to E-land Group (Korea). This was the second issue and it increased E-land's share possession at TCG up to 16 millions equal to 37% of Thanh Cong group's charter capital. As a result, E-land not only became the strategy shareholder but also directly took part in the management role at TCG.
