For the cooking the traditional method is utilized, oven of masonry (built with stone, brick, sand, cement, lime) with materials of the region and the sands that be not of stream but of bank (of hill) with a slow process for the best taste.
In the destilitation process we use  alembics built in inoxidable steel  on which they take care of the cuts (heads and queues) so that our product maintain its quality and composition organol?ptica always.
