Tecnologia y Sales S.A., TECSAL S.A., was formed on August 27th, 1999, in Santiago of Chile, with the purpose of being a technology and engineering alternative for the mining, metallurgical and chemical industry, for the treatment of residues and waste from these industrial operations, its recycling and the commercial products generation from such materials. Since 2001 to May 2009, TECSAL S.A. maintained a contractual relationship with Ventanas Division of Codelco, through of which this Division uses procedures and technologies of TECSAL S.A. property in the electrolyte purification process of its refinery. Since May 2010, TECSAL S.A. is a Copper Sulfate Pentahydrated producter. Currently, TECSAL S.A. is focused on the requeriments of the national and international industry, to achieve its development purposes, having as main product the Pentahydrated Copper Sulfate.
