Tangshan Eylein Fitting Co., Ltd. is invested by Taiwan Eylein International Co., Ltd. This company is a professional manufacturer of PVC fittings with specifications of φ16mm-φ400mm. The company started producing from Jan.2005 with an annual capacity of 30, 000 tons. Adopting the most advanced production equipment from Europe and Taiwan, which are centrally auto controlled, automatic production is achieved from material transfer into silo, storage, measurement, mixing, feeding, processing, products and packing. Using of ERP and PDM software guarantees the efficient management, automatic production and high quality meeting ISO and GB standards. It is planned to start the second phrase for CPVC, PVC pipe and fittings, PE corrugated pipe and comprehensive plastics in May 2005. By the end of 2006, the annual capacity of PVC pipe and fitting will reach 223, 000 Tons, PE pipe, fitting and corrugated pipe 620, 000 tons and comprehensive plastics for auto, homely electric appliance 120, 000 tons.
