We will never authorize shipment of your order before you are completely satisfied with the production sample of your item On average, production will take 30 business days for completion. You will also receive a production sample of your item prior to final shipment of your order. Ocean freight and customs clearance will then usually add another 30 days to the final delivery of your order.
