Step 1: Mold structure design;
Step 2: Customer's approval of the mold structure design;
Step 3: Purchase mold material and custom tooling program according to the drawing;
Step 4: Test the material
Step 5: CNC machining;
Step 6: Collision and spot;
Step.7: Finish machining.
Step 8: Quality test, update the assembling;
Step 9: First trial
Step 10: Sent the first trial sample to Customer for confirmation
Step 11: Updating the mould according to Customer's request
Step 12: Polish;
Step 13: The second testing Mould
Step 14: Customer confirmation of the final trial
Step 15: Packed in wooden case and effect shipment;
