Our self-developed steel billet grinding machines feature advanced technology, easy operation and safe and reliable performance. Adopting a number of patented technologies, it is an internationally advanced product, which is mainly reflected in following aspects:
1. Integrating optical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic control, the machine adopts PLC and technology of servo constant power control and is suitable for grinding various products.

2. Its constant-pressure & constant-power load control device under the pressure on grinding wheels can keep the set cutting depth of steel billets unchangeable during the grinding process, though the wheel diameter becomes smaller.

3. Its hydraulic control system can automatically adjust the pressure of grinding wheels, so as to avoid the losses caused by overgrinding when the workbenches at both ends slow down for reversing.

4. Our product can detect the billet surface defects, memorize the location and determine grinding wheel coordinating and grinding time by the computer. Thus, it is accessible to the partial automatic grinding.

5. Angular grinding is available. The steel billet surface crack defects are mainly in vertical distribution. In order to avoid inspection difficulties caused by the confusion of grinding and residual cracks, generally, its machine tool section forms an angle of 90 degree or 45 degree with the billet reciprocating feed direction when the grinding machine works.
