Temperature testing through infrared & thermo couples temperature meter5. Oil fired crucible type furnace6. Production capacity of 300 MT/monthStandard Packaging, stuffing and shipping:1. Ingot weight size is 6-7 kgs2. 80 ingots per bundle, 500-550 kgs per bundle3. All bundles are packed with 4 cross steel straps and plastic shrink wrapped4. 25Ton loding in 20ft FCL, for Japan 21ton loading in 20ft FCL(Japan road transport authority allowed maximum of 21 to in 20 ft FCL)5. Each bundle is marked with batch number, weight of bundle and number of ingots.6. Bundle are stacked in container in two layers.7.
