Suzhou Ruisen Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd is a specialized manufacturer domestically of diamond products. Located in the developed centre area of South of Yangtz River near Taihu Lake, our company has over 10 years? esperience in this particular line of business. Our company covers an area of 20000 square meters with RMB 8.8million as registered capital. Our annual production capacity of cemented carbide has reached 200 tons. Made of high-quality raw material, our products, of variety of types and specifications, can meet customers? various requirements. Our company has passed ISO 9001:2000 International Quality Management System Verification. We have 20 press machines/compressors, 18 lathes ( of which 4 are numerical controlled), 5 WEDMs, 10 grinding machines and 2 pressure sintering furnaces. Our products can be devided mainly into two catalogues: diamond wheel and cemented carbide.
Diamond wheel includes: flain wheel, taper cup wheel, dished wheel, cupulate wheel, one taper-side wheel, two taper-side wheel, cetreless grinding wheel etc.
Diamond bronze wheel, diamond bakelite wheel, diamond CBN wheel, diamond resinoid bonded grinding wheel are also in our production range.
The other main catalogue of our products is cemented carbide blanks, which is of YG grade series.Top quanlity is guaranteed with extrusion way and HIP sintered.
