Extrusion Die: we have rich mechanical drawing and extrusion die design experience, and at the same time to focus on plastic liquidity and die structure optimization research, has successfully produced a series of plastic extrusion die , and they are widely used in agriculture irrigation, drainage, chemical building liquid transportation, medical equipment, such as PVC tube, PP, PE pipe, tube plastic hose PPR fiberglasss 3-layer pipes.
Injection Dept: we have a group of professional plastic injection mould engineers, equipped with independent research and development department, also we have our own injection molding factory is equipped with 22 sets of injection molding machines, where we can not only provide the client with service of the mould, mould test, but also mass production, the assembly and printing.
XinLong mold and plastic products have been exported to many countries, such as Japan, Russia, Thailand, the United States and Regions of China , at the same time we have helped many customers develop and produce new products, which are popular both at home and abroad.
