I am writing to express my interest in helping you break into the North American Market. Please allow me to submit my résumé for your review. Having served in sales and marketing leadership roles for the past 18 years, with continued success in meeting sales/quota goals, I am confident that I can make a valuable contribution to any organization, immediate and long term. I specialize in the following areas: Channel Services. Will implement a go to market plan, work to achieve channel sell-in to the retail players or distribution but more importantly, create the channel marketing, training and promotions required for sell through. Channel Programs. Can provide the most effective way to get purchase orders and start generating income. Will develop the right pricing strategy, work through distribution terms and conditions and enforce the MAP policy. Implement Sell through incentives and manage returns and budgets. Keep the inventory levels at the merchandiser’s requirements. Channel Sales Coverage. Have a network of sales agents and manufacturers reps that can cover all of North America. I will maximize channel sales and relationships with all the major retailers. Channel Promotions. Every channel or retailer has its own promotions for in-store, website or national advertising. I will help negotiate the right promotion and the right price for the best vehicle to help sell-through. Channel Budgets. Will develop a marketing launch with a budget to sustain and help the sell through programs. Have a quarterly marketing budget which recommends spending levels by account, by quarter, as a percentage of overall sales and will work with those promotions that will drive sell through. As you can see I bring to the position a combination of team leadership, strategic planning, and business development skills that I have leveraged to meet and exceed expectations. I charge a $7500 a month consulting fee to help you launch your product into the market. This includes helping design a US package(s) bringing your product to the buyers at the retail level. Setting up distribution or a US entity. OEM- For those who want to OEM your product to a US manufacturer or Distributor I will charge a $2500 a month fee and 5% commission for every unit that is sold into North America through your OEM partner.
