Payment : 100% Telegraphic Transfer, minimum 35% of which is by advance. Origin : Philippines Port of Loading : Manila South Port PROCEDURE: a) Buyer issues Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order with Bank Guarantee Letter attached to the letter attested by Bank Branch Manager. b) Seller issues a contract to the Buyer by e-mail for acceptance and signature. Buyer signs and returns the signed contract (face-to-face) to the Seller here in Philippines. c) After agreed and signed contract, buyer pays minimum 35% of total delivery per month for (for contractual 1-year delivery agreement) and minimum 35% of total contract (for 1-time delivery) amount thru T/T.
