Company Introduction
We introduce ourselves as one of the leading Automobile Spares Distributors in the Western Region based in PUNE.Â
We are in the field of Auto Parts Distribution from the last 44 years and are catering to the CARS, LCV, HCV, TRACTORS & Three Wheeler Segments.

We are having our Head Office in Pune and two branches one in Kolhapur & the other one in PCMC area. Our aftermarket activity compromises three branches headed by a branch manager each and a sales team of six sales staff in Pune and a team of four sales staff each in Kolhapur & PCMC area. We are having separate teams for accounts, back office, dispatch & packing. We are now working on an ERP with an easy access from anywhere in the world which will help us in further expanding our business. We are having an active dealer network of about 3500 dealers.

Our company had a humble start in 1969 with Late S. Surinderpal Singh Vohra opening a Retail outlet. After this our company shifted to wholesale from 1991 and we formed a Private Limited Company soon thereafter in 1995. Our company tries to have are having long-term relations with our customers and suppliers. We are working for long durations for most of our distribution lines.

The under-signed joined this company in 1991 after graduating from Pune University and a Masters degree in MARKETING from IMDR, Pune.

We are having one more company in which we are branding auto parts in our brand in the name of SPS AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS.Â
We are doing export of all auto parts in this company. We have a group turnover of Rs.15 crores.
We will be opening more branches in Maharashtra shortly.
