SYNCOJET is the green-designed process with multinational patents is the latest technology of synchronization injecting in mould with no coating and spray painting.The finished goods which can reach to 97% yield rate come from the gravure or metal coating, and combine with injected plastic material. This process includes automatically delivering the film, automatically forming and coating in mold, auto-cutting in mold, automatically injection molding, and automatic extractor taking out finished goods.
