The casting rolls are most used in hot rolling mills in producing plain carbon steel. We are experienced in producing casting iron, steel and adamite rolls both in static and duplex systems. Each roll we provide is bespoke by its application. We are able to produce casting rolls from 300 kgs up to 48 tons. We offer full range service from product design to its installation and usage.
Today we focus on lower the production cost and improve roll's wear resistance. HSS rolls and Semi- HSS rolls are strongly recommended for rolling rebar and wire in finishing stands because of their long lifetime.
