Sichuan Yibin Plastic Packaging Materials Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of WuLiangYe PUSH Group. It is located at Yibin, which is the first city along the Yangtze River. PLS makes up of four Production Workshops (Divisions) and two subsidiary companies, Those are AD Zone, B Zone, E Zone and F Zone , as well as Push 3D and Puguang which tooked reorganization in 2008. At present, it is with a staff of more than 2,000 employees including about 300 technicians and engineers, and with the total investment of more than 6 billion Yuan.
PLS consists of 3D Division, Sheet Division, Polyester Division, B Zone Division, Bottle Closures Division and Packing Material Division. At Present, PLS has two major business sectors: PET Chips Production and Deep Processing and Packaging Materials Production.
The PET chips production and deep-processing project consists of 3D Division, Sheet Division, Polyester Division, B Area Division. We hold many advanced equipments of printing, extrusion, blowing, crystallization injection moulding, which are from USA, Germany, Japan, France, Italy and Cananda. In meanwhile, we also import advanced foreign technology and management experience. The key products include three-dimensional(3D) anti-counterfeiting packages, lenticular/clear sheets, high value-added sheet, 3D image and advertisement products, Polyester chips, polyester preforms, polyester bottles, etc. The yearly production capacity of 3D packaging materials is 200,000tons, and we could also produce 1 billion 3D packaging boxes. 150,000 tons polyester chips, 800 million PET preforms and 1.2 billion PET bottles per year.
The packaging materials Production sector consists of Bottle Closures Division, Packaging Materials Division. We have the Germany, Italy, Canada, Taiwan????????????jection molding machines, assembly machines, silk screen printer, transfer machines, extrusion & blowing machine, stamping presses and other advanced equipments and management experience.
