Sichuan Beiteer Rubber Technology CO.,LTD, was established by Hong Kong Beiteer int?l group rubber product CO.,LTD individual proprietor in China ,Jan,2006. Our group since 1990 .It was located in the picturesque Meifeng industrial area of Shehong County , Sichuan Province. The total covering area of the company is up to 40,000?, including 30,000? of our modern manufacturing factories. With the capital assets of HK?10,000,000 and 85 units producing, testing and experimenting equipments, Beiteer has achieved daily production capacity of 8,000,000 pieces of rubber products.
At the beginning of establishment, Beiteer concentrated its power on the rubber product?s R&D and manufacture with the professional and resolute attitudes. The main products of Beiteer include rubber O ring, rubber strip, rubber tube, packing, absorber, Intake pipe, rubber strip for the retractile gap on the speedway and other kinds of rubber products. Those products are widely applied on the motor vehicle parts, machinery parts, medical and lavatory equipments, electrical appliances and electronic instrument.
The total staff of Beiteer is 200 members, with 8 exploiting engineers (2 advanced engineers) and 6 quality engineers. Beiteer has its own in-dependent capacity of mode designing and manufacturing beside, Beiteer has the rubber raw material of class FDA and which NSF accredits, Every type of rubber material meets the new regulation of EU RoHs and satisfy the customer?s requirement. At present, Beiteer has 16 units of high precise experimenting and testing equipments, which taking an excellent job on the process of manufacturing. What?s more, they can take testing on the product function of heatproof, hardy , acid proof etc, oil while the products can be used for a long time . Consequently, they can guarantee the products quality on the process of exploiting and manufacturing.
