Siang Ee Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is an OEM manufacturer of wide range of silicon rubber products for remote control, game machine, fax machine, telephone, automotive parts, electronics parts and now moving towards to medical products. We complete understanding of all the various manufacturing techniques involved in enabling a design to become a finished product. This understanding of manufacturing processes enables us to give our customers a finalized design that they can give, with confidence, to a manufacturer with the knowledge that there will be no extra "hidden costs" involved. We can also create or improve existing jigs and fixtures to give cost reductions within a manufacturing process.
We offer Design-To-Production service that encompasses our abilities to use standard components where possible. This can amount to large cost savings on the final product. We have our own molding / tooling design and fabrication departments with professional and experienced staff.
Our company established in year 1998, strategic located at Kulim, Kedah, Malaysia an industry area completed with infrastructure facilities and broadband network service. We used high technology machinery from oversea for our production. After few years of stability growth, we are now having few heavy duty machines such as CNC, EDM, Grinding / Milling / Drilling / Cutting machines, Sand Blasting Machine, High Speed Rubber Hydraulic Molding Vacuum Machines and other precision inspection equipment that able for us to offer a full circle of service from design, molding fabrication to finished part production. And, we also ready with advanced computer software system for our production program. Our company able to develop, design, fabricate, sample making, finished part production, quality examination and so on with high effectively "one-stop" service.
We also provide other industrial supplies such as conductive carbon pill and color pigment for silicon rubber parts.
