Shree Narmada Architectural Systems Ltd. formerly known as Shree Narmada Aluminium Industries Ltd. established its extrusion plant and commenced the commercial production in January 1988, on the bank of holy river Narmada at Bholav Dist Bharuch Gujarat India.

Our present installed capacity is 9000 M.Tons per annum. Our finished products - Aluminium Extruded sections - have been well accepted in the market and quality thereof is being appreciated by our each and every customers. We can make aluminium profile up to CCD of 160mm special large profile can also be design if require.

Facilities at Works
 

Billet Casting Facilities : - 

Aluminium melting and casting facilities having three numbers of Melting Furnace and having  capacity of   40  M/Tons  per  day,  operating on Natural  Gas  basis  for casting the Round Aluminium Billets in desired alloys  with required chemical composition and metallurgical structures with Hot Top Casting Technology.

 

Billet cutting saw attached with hydraulic systems, heat exchanger, Saw Conveyor, etc. to cut the round log in desired length.

 

Aluminium Extrusion Press Line (1600 MT 7 Dia Fielding and Platt UK origin press.)
 

Aluminium Extrusion Press Line consisting of 700 KW Induction Billet Heater / natural Gas fired Billet Heater working on natural gas as fuel, 1600 Tons 7 Dia.  Oil  Hydraulic  Horizontal Aluminium  Extrusion  Press, Post handling  equipments  like Puller, belt conveyer material handling equipments, 100 Ton  Stretcher-cum-detwister, belt driven  storage table, saw feed conveyor, extrusion  cut off saw with saw gauge tables.

 

Aluminium Extrusion Press Line (1100 MT Press 5 dia container.) / 1000 MT Press Minshang China Make.

 

One 1100 M.ton 5 Container Die Aluminium Extrusion Press Line consisting of multi log heater, Hot Log Shear, Four Column Oil Hydraulic Extrusion press  with plc control, initial table, quenching facilities, puller, belt type conveyer, 40 m.ton stretcher, belt type storage table, saw feed conveyer, finish cut of saw, gauge table etc..     

 

Ageing Facilities for Aluminium Extruded Profiles.

 

Natural Gas fired ageing oven of 5 MT batch capacities. 270 KW resistances heating ageing oven of 4 ton batch capacity.

 

Material movement.

 Five Nos. of Over Head Cranes for material movement.

 

Die manufacturing facilities.

CNC Wire Cut Machine EDM Machine CNC Milling Machines Three no. of Milling machines Three no. of  Lath Polishing Machines surface Grinders etc.

In house tool room equipped with above for manufacturing various extrusion dies of any critical shapes and in close tolerance.
 

Heat treatment plant for extrusion dies.

In house Heat Treatment facilities having , Hardening Furnace, Tempering Furnace, Mar  tempering Furnace, Nitriding Furnace etc. for extrusion dies produced in the plant.

  
       H. Quality control
Well equipped Laboratory

To carry out chemical analysis with spectrometer, To examining the microstructure with metallurgical microscope, To measuring the physical dimension various  kind of measuring instruments, Universal Hardness Tester to check the hardness, Universal Testing Machine to check elongation, tensile strength, proof stress etc, Conductivity meter to check electrical conductivity, Latest version of Profile Projector to check the critical contour of the extruded profiles.
