Established in 1986 (former Beijing Filter Paper Factory), our company is a modern special paper industry corporation approved by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce. We integrate the research, development, production and marketing. The headquarters is based in National Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone, Shijiazhuang, the capital of Hebei Province. We are west to Beijing-Shenzhen Expressway and Beijing-Guangzhou Railway, south to Qingdao-Yinchuan Expressway, and north to Shijiazhuang-Huanghua Expressway, so we have convenient transportation.

Our factory, located in Baixiang County, Xingtai City, has an independent production workshop, an assembly workshop, a molding workshop, a machine-repair workshop, a raw material and finished product warehouse, research and development centers, expert buildings and other infrastructures. We have always adhered to a high starting point and a high position, leading other paper enterprises in the country. We have built a national technology center and a CNAS (China National Accreditation Board for Conformity Assessment) laboratory. We have developed several patented core technologies and formed a diversified product structure with 270g oil filter paper, 285g paint filter paper, qualitative filter paper, silk flower craft paper, bleached wood pulp impregnated paper, automotive air filter paper, lubricating oil filter paper, diesel filter paper as leading products.

Our high-end products account for 80%. We have been the first to be legalized by ISO9001:2000 certification, and become CQGC quality and credit double guaranteed model corporation. Meanwhile, we have established first-grade working stations directly under the leadership of the corporations in Wuhan, Changsha, Xian, Xinjiang, Shenyang, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanxi, Sichuan, Guangdong, Shanghai, Zhengzhou and Jiangsu to serve our customers more directly.
