cobia(Rachycentron canadum),other name is Ling, Lemon Fish, Sergeant Fish, Crab Eater .inhabiting mainly in tropical seas of Mediterranean, Atlantic, Indian and Pacific Ocean. Feeding on shrimps, crabs and other fishes.
It need to wein constantly to keep its balance in the water since it doesn't have a swim bladder.Thus, the activities and movement have attributer to their nice, rich, tender and tasty meat.
