Averagely our workers can produce about 1100 pieces of toner cartridge per day .Because there are 5 skilled assembly lines, 60 workers in our factory. We import important raw material from Japan, Korea, Taiwan directly. For example we use Korean OPC drum and toner, we use Japanese PCR and toner, we use Taiwanese blade and OPC drum. Now we have our own mould factory, we produce the shell of toner cartridge by ourselves(Before, we bought the shell from another suppliers, but we always met the quality problem, so we decided to found our own mould factory). At the same time, we recycle virgin empty toner cartridge from foreign countries, and then assemble and repair them. We sell about 100, 000 pieces of recycled toner cartridges to Europe and America.
