Featbike has an annual production capability of over 20, 000 carbon fiber framesets and 20, 000 individual components to include rims, seat posts, stems, handlebars, bottle cages and other components for road bike, mountain bike and time trial bike applications. Our frames undergo extensive impact and fatigue tests, following both the international homologation protocol and our internal quality assurance protocols.
