CATIC Group is a pioneer in the R&D and sales of banking devices, such as specialized printers, card readers, check scanners, bank counters interactive terminals. In 1989, CATIC Group developed the built in Chinese Card for YD series printers. In 2003, it successfully developed the PB2 financial specialty printers with independent intellectual property rights. In recent years, CATIC Group has invested aggressively in the professional printing equipment field. As a result, CATIC Groups banking device product line has increased to include laser printers, line matrix printers, and validation printers, etc.

In order to help our clients with the ever growing needs of consumers, CATIC Group introduced a series of self-service terminals to increase their efficiency and customer satisfactions. In the banking industry, self-service passbook printers, electronic form fill stations, queue ticket dispensers are developed.

In recent years, with the development in mobile internet, our clients have started to offer services to their end customers through mobile devices. CATIC Group has worked with a lot of clients to develop customized tablets and smart phones and the needed Apps to accommodate their needs. In 2010, CATIC Group saw it as a good opportunity to expand its product line and enter the consumer electronics market. In 2013, CATIC Group introduced the Electronic Shelf Labels. It allows stores to do digital pricing, which means instead of physically going to the shelves and changing every label, you can quickly change the prices with a simple mouse click. The potential of this product is immense. Various large chain stores in China such as Vanguard have started to adopt the ESLs in their stores.
