Shennong Seed Co. Ltd, has been in cooperation with the Rice Reaserch Institute of Sichuan Agriculture University(RRISAU) since it was founded. The RRISAU was founded by Kaiqu Yang in 1964, then was moved from Yaan to Chengdu by Kaida Zhou who is an academician at the Chinese Academy of Engineering(CAE). Now the institute has 18 professors and dozens of professional workers. They have built up a full set system for rice selecting and breeding, and using this system they have created many high quality hybrid rice varieties. Some of them have been invited to be manageres and technicians in our company. We have the authorize to sell the hybrid rice seed, and our main business is to do technoloty export services. We have already sign some agreements with institutes and companies in Russia, India and Bangladesh for technical direct and hybrid rice breeding base construction.
