Our factory, SHITEC LOST-FOAM FOUNDRY, is located in Yuci industrial area, Shanxi, China, occupying an area of 21800 m2 in which includes 5000m2 workshop area and having an annual production capacity of 5000MT. It possesses negative pressure casting line and can produce all kinds of material castings such as gray iron, ductile iron, steel, alloy and so on. We not only can supply liners of different specification for the mine, the power plant, the cement plant, but also can produce the products in accordance with your drawings and requirements.
We equipped with Pre-expander machine, Pattern molding machine, Steaming cylinder, Coating mixer, special-purpose drying room in our molding region and Intermediate frequency electric furnaces (two 1000kgs), Vacuum system, Lifting-hook-type abrader, casting line in our casting region and own advanced testing equipment such as C&＃12289;S analyzer, Spectrophotometer, Metallographic microscope, Hardness measure, Tensile testing machine . We have passed ISO9001:2000 (Certificate NO: 1400/200424582) on July 12,2004. Ensuring to supply our customer satisfied products and services is our eternal aim.
  Our foundry lies in Yuci industrial area, JinZhong, ShanXi which neighbors 108 highway, 30 kilometers away from Taiyan, 10 kilometers away from Wusu airport, so the transportation is very convenient.
