We have many kinds of high-precision manufacturing and inspection equipment, such as special numerical-control pipe thread lathes, large cylindrical lathes, large milling machines, deep-hole boring machines, and drilling/friction welding/heat treatment production lines with medium frequency as well as a variety of thread gauges, single measuring instruments, thickness gauges, hardness testers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, ballistic-work testing machines and universal testing machines with microcomputer displaying hydraulic pressure.
With sophisticated production equipment, strict inspection ways and strong technology, we have mastered the key technique in nationalizing petroleum drilling tools. API standard is implemented strictly throughout the whole process of production. Our company has already passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 Quality System and has obtained the product logo licenses of API SPEC 7-1 (Certificate No.7-1-0625) and API Q1 (Certificate No.0571), which are issued by American Petroleum Institute.
