Founded in 2007, Shanghai Xin Liang Stainless Steel Tube Ltd. Company specializes in manufacturing small, thin-walled and high-precision stainless steel capillary tubes. The specifications of our products are:
Outside Diameter is from 12mm to 0.5mm.
Wall Thickness is from 0.6mm to 0.06mm.
In this range, we can manufacture all kinds of customized stainless steel tubes as per Chinese GB, American ASTM, Japanese JIS, British BS, as well as German DIN standards. We can also manufacture copper alloy capillary tubes and aluminum alloy tubes according to customers' demands.
Our company has a good quality team formed by professionals and skilled workers to keep our products always have a high level. We have 2 technology developers, 3 experienced inspectors, 5 engineers and 50 workers. We establish the manager system of our company according to the ISO9001:2000 international quality management standard.
We also have a set of specialized production equipment. They include Welded High-precision Machines, Double Horizontal Drawing Machines, Four-gas Protection Bright Annealing Furnaces, Automatic Straightening Machines and Tools and Die Machines. The main technologies we apply are Pipe-made molding high-frequency TIG process technology and International advanced floating plug stretching techniques.
