The company is professionally engaged in glass deepened process, mainly produces large and even curved tempered glass, fine-grained glass, insulating glass and laminated glass, etc. It produces 150,000 square meters of tempered glass, 120,000 square meters of insulating glass and 80,000 square meters of laminated glass annually. The product specifications are from 300 �300 mm to 2440 �3660 mm; the minimum radius of curved tempered glass processed is 900 mms, the biggest arch height is 700 mm, and the biggest unfolding area is 8.93 square meters. The company owns an even curved tempered glass production line equipped with world advanced equipment of model B36 NG-15; an insulating glass auto production line of type HJ- LINE-3008; one piece of SDE series of glass double-edge grinding machine; two pieces of DE-242 glass straight-side grinding machines; one piece of SZK2550 numerically-controlled vertical glass drilling machine and a piece of CYH200-155 type pair sets dozen the gum machine, etc.
