Shandong Liaocheng ZGL Metal Manufacturing Co., Ltd was established in July of 2007, the company located in Liaocheng economic development zone at the cross of Mudanjiang Rode and Taishan Rode. It covers an area of 133200 square meters, with Ji-Han express way in north and the Beijing-Hong Kong Railway in the west, total capacity is up to 1 billion RMB with annual capacity over 450000 tones and annual sales reached 4 billion RMB, which is the largest Manufacturer of Carbon and alloy seamless steel pipe in Shandong Province .
ZGL was built on the basis of Liaocheng Xinglong seamless steel pipe manufacturing co., Ltd, which covers an area of 53280 square meters with total investment of 186 million RMB and 100,000 tones annual production capacity of carbon and alloy seamless steel pipe, from the OD30mm-168mm WT3mm-40mm. We built our second factory -Shandong Liaocheng ZGL Metal Manufacturing Co.,Ltd. Since July 2007.
The production lines of seamless steel pipe in ZGL were built strictly in accordance with the related national industrial policy by the scientific verification. Our equipment adopts the advanced technology of energy efficiency which conforming with the nationalenvironment policy. The advantages of our production line are :our ASEEL Pipe Mill Unit is one of the largest unit in China,and the ASSEL Pipe Mill unit adopts the processing of the off-line inserting Mandril and retaining driver minor loop automatic system which is considered as national initiative,that can reduce the piercing time and enhance the mandrel and then make sure the quality of OD and WT of the steel pipe.It uses the automatic system controlled by the Computer that can strictly control the process parameters predetermined, automatic adjustment and accident diagnosis.It all belongs to the International advanced level in process ,equipment and automatization.We mainly manufacture the large diameter,midium and heavy wallthickness Carbon seamless steel pipe and alloy seamless steel pipe,which filled the international and domestic market gap.
