The company has a modernized manufacturing base, covering over 60000 square meters. Our registered capital is 21 millions RMB and we have more than 200 employees.
The company has 4 sets of straight yarn equipment, 2 sets of curly yarn equipment, 4 sets of twisting equipment and 4 sets of COBBLE tufting machines bought from UK. Our factory is capable of producing 10000 tons of yarn, 4 millions SQMS of artificial grass annually.
Our company has an elite R&D team, who are good at yarn formula design, yarn shape development and automation equipment R&D. Meanwhile we can produce kinds of leisure landscape and sports artificial grass according to their applications.
We carry out quality control management with QC engineering supervision and product specification management.Our grass have passed the ISO9001 and ISO14001. Besides, we have also passed 3000 hours test of SGS, and RoHS test.
We are constantly improving production process, yarn formula design and plate type development. Meanwhile we continually keep pace with the times to research and design high quality products.
