A 2.400-square meter modern production workshop for pharmaceutical-grade lactose was built to GMP specification in Dongying City in 2012. The facility has been licensed by Shandong Provincial FDA. DDS started producing and selling pharmaceutical lactose in October 2013. The design of the 8000-square meter phase II production facility for pharmaceutical excipients was designed by the end of 2013,and the construction will subsequently begin.
