Dear Customers,
Our company was established in 1996, and have started manufacturing PU soled slippers & sandals in 2000 while producing only PVC soled goods in the beginning. Besides sole production, there are shoe-upper planting, serigraphy, frequency, accessory pilling, laser designing, computerized cutting and modelling units in our factory. The inputs enter from the door as raw materials exit as products.
Quality management has always been the most vital thought for us. And the most important proof is International Quality Award (BID) that we won in Switzerland / 2003. With the excitement of this award, our company discovered the production of multi banded goods with injection technology, and this discovery had been used by many manufacturers in Turkey. As a result of consistent price policy, research & development process caring about customer expectations, and careful management of sales organization between the distributors, our company is the leader of the market.
The raw material used to produce the outsoles is imported from Italy, and the formule has been developed by us. Also the paints, the silicone, etc. are imported from famous suppliers around the world. As we esteem COMFORT as much as ELEGANCY, we started to use soft insoles for all our products in 2005. From 2008, we have been selling all our products whose 90% is hand-mounted at very good prices, and the shops having our products not only generated respectable profits but also had good customers. In 2009, we developed medically adviced products caring your health.
For the future, due to we have been planning to produce different class products, we led the way about producing sabo, winter slippers and home slippers with leather or synthetic insole for both ladies and men. Right after, we imported upper parts of animal looking / plush slippers, produced the outsoles and finished them in our factory before having offered them to our customers. As the result of maintaining the quality management, not only opened us a new door of huge export business to us, but also increased our reputation in European countries such as United Kingdom, Italy, Greece etc.
In year 2012, we have moved to our new factory with a capacity around 5250 m2, and become bigger. You can find and buy our goods with the brands CARLAVERDE and SERAFLEX trustfully.
