1. Buyer issues LOI to Seller.
2. Seller issues SCO to Buyer.
3. Buyer issues ICPO to Seller.
4. Seller issues FCO to Buyer.
5. After accepting FCO, Buyer's bank to confirm RWA to Swift BG MT760.
6. Seller gives PPOP.
7. Seller produces draft contract.
8. Both parties sign contract.
9. Buyer swift BG MT760 for 1 month's value covering contract period.
10. Seller gives POP and 2% PB.
11. Shipment commence.
