Scon lightweight materials factory is located at no2 dong van industrial zone - ha nam province viet nam with a total area of 3 hectares. The factory has 3 plants in operation: A light weight concrete production plant, a partition wall and ceiling production plant, and a dried mortar and dry wall production plant. The factory was built with a total investment capital of 47.886 billion vnd (about 3 million usd), and is equiped with a modern german production line using the latest technology. This factory is a revolutionary building, a world of super light weight products with preeminent features exclusively scon.


Key products

We produce numerous materials such as: Lightweight concrete blocks, fitting bricks, prefabricated building components including fencing cement barriers, and border pavement, prefabricated panelling, sound and heat insulated partition, super light weight heat insulated ceilings, dried mortar and dry wall.

In addition, our factories also operate as a joint venture with an american company that specilizes in producing foam additive for light weight concrete with a capacity at 2.880.000 litres per year. All products are mainly exported to europe, asia, american, australia, but are also consumed in our domestic market.
