Private agricultural firm ?Shchedriy urozhai? was established in 2000.
Main activity is hops cones growing.
Plantations of the enterprise are located in ecological clean area in the middle of coniferous forests in Razhniv village, Brody district, Lviv region, Ukraine.
The area of the enterprise is 102 hectares, 58 hectares of it are hops plantations.
The hops planting in 2011 are 34 hectares. Production of hops cones ? 55 tones, 24 tones of bitter variety ?Alta? (Magnum), 31 tones of aromatic varieties of Ukrainian selection. (? ? acids production ? 6120 kg).
Plants are grown by intensive technology that is used in Western Europe.
Machines, produced in Germany, are used for plants keeping.
Remedies and fertilizers meet Ukrainian and European requirements.
Harvesting is mechanized. We use German machines ?Soler? and ?Wolf?.
Drying is made on the conveyor type dryer of Czech-Slovak production. The interval between collecting and drying is not more than 1 hour.
After drying dry hops is immediately pressed and packed in euro packaging. Weight 50-60 kg, packing size ? 60*60*120.
Processing of hops pellets is made on the typical granulation line in Zhitomir. Packaging ? 3-ply bag, CO2 environment.
Our plans for the next 2 years are :
1. Construction of the refrigerator ? storage for hops pellets (220 tones).
2. Creation of own line of granulation and packaging.
3. Increasing of the area of plantation of hops to 58 hectares: 28 hectares for ?Alta? (Magnum) variety. To increase ?Alta? (Magnum) production up to 70 tones in a year. (? ? acids about 10500 kg. General production of ? ? acids about 17200 kg).
