PRODUCTION CAPACITY Our production capacity is 20000 garments per month in various styles .Also our sister concern having printing, embirodary & garment manufacturing unit PATTERN MAKING &CUTTING Centralized cutting occupies a large section of our shop floor.Emphasis has been duly placed in this department from which the garments finally takes.A well-experienced team of professionals carries out pattern making, fabric inspection, Pre-production sampling, Layer cutting&sorting, fabric testing , GSM, Knitting.dyeing, Printing defects. SEWING (CMT) Each of which specialize in a particular style of garments this allows faster, more efficient and highly flexible production.The supervisors and quality control (A.Q.L STANDARD) personnel stationed at each unit are thoroughly conversant with the pattern / style &hence high quality is maintained. And our Sewing Unit Contains 50machines as mention below, OVER LOCK MACHINE - 20 NOS FLAT LOCK MACHINE - 8NOS SINGLE NEEDLE MACHINE - 20 NOS RIB CUTTING - 2 NOS FINAL CHECKING&PACKING All manufactured garments are brought to the centralized packing department where checking, Steam ironing & Final finishing are carried out under a team of professionals who adhere to international quality standards & buyer requirements.
