LABOUR CONTRACT:


The term Labour maintenance contract herein mentioned in this contract means that
the Company shall carry out normal servicing every Month & break down only, such servicing
shall not include replacement of any parts, major repair etc.

SEMI-COMPREHENSIVE:

Company shall carry out servicing every month & break down including spares.
Followings items are not covered under contract: Winding Unit, Main Rope, Traveling Cables,
Microprocessor Board, optional parts.

FULL COMPREHENSIVE:

All operating parts of the lift shall be covered in this contract. Followings optional items
are not covered under comprehensive contract: Car fan, lights, car flooring, painting, door
closer.

COMPREHENSIVE (GOLD):

All operating parts of the lift, including optional parts shall be covered in this Contract.
