Spinning: We at Sangam, have the best of International technology, chute feed blow room line and carding of laksmi Reiter, auto level carding and draw frame, We have autoconers of Schlafhorst Germany model 338 100% captive power plant of B& W MAN Denmark. Our wide range of products is as under: Polyester /Viscose blended Yarns, 100% Viscose Spun Yarns, 100% Polyester spun Yarns and P/V fiber Dyed yarns, Counts from NE 10 to NE 40 with facility of single, double and multifold Yarns. We produce 72 tones dyed yarn per day in our spinning plant, which is enough to make 3 to 3.5 lacs meter cloth per day. Weaving Division : The hallmark weaving division is the technology versatile in it’s ***** with latest machinery and state of the art computerized designing backed looms brings one of the finest fabric in Polyester Viscose , Polyester Cotton , Pure cotton , Denim & Linen . The technology savvy weaving division-modernized plant is equipped with the latest technologies like AIRJET, SOMET, PICANOL, DORNIER, P 7100 SULZER ELTEX JACQUARD weaving machines & BENIENZER warping machines. The division has annual production of 15 million meter fabric per annum. The division is offering wide range of products in PV & PC with the weight range of 200 gms /lmtr to 600 gms / lmtr with various designs & different weaves catering to domestic and international market Processing Division: This process house is one of the largest Process House in India with annual production capacity
