We do have Operations Managers in all areas to handle day to day problems. They visit the site to ensure correct standards are adhered as per the clients requirements. • Salary Administration o RPL will attend to payment of all staff, which includes the statutory deductions of U.I.F., P.A.Y.E, Site Tax etc. Calculations is based on the timesheets or clock systems as provided by the client. • Compensation Commissioner(0886 558 1960) o RPL is registered with the Workmen’s Compensation Commissioner. All employees are covered for benefits resulting from any accident, death, injury etc. • Legislation / Statutory Benefits o RPL operates according to strict legal standards to ensure that our service is professional and compliant. The group’s legal department promotes awareness of and complete compliance with the Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, Skills Development Act. • Industrial Relations o RPL will handle all aspects of Industrial Relations problems and we conduct all the necessary disciplinary hearings and follow the legislated procedures. • U.I.F. (Reference Number:1564072/7) o As registered labour brokers, we comply with the legal deductions of U.I.F. for all our employees. U.I.19 employment forms are applied for and issued to employees as required. • Induction (Hygiene / Safety) o This is done as per client specifications. • Security Clearance / Reference Checks o It’s RPL policy to do the following:  Clearance/reference check  Criminal Check  ITC Check • Timekeeping o RPL is able to comply with any timekeeping system that may be in place, or to introduce a system as required. • Staff Replacement o Staff replacement will be handled in strict compliance to the client requirements. ex: Staff Requisitions • Uniforms o RPL provides uniforms with RPL branding. Or o Staff can be placed in a uniform according to the clients requirements. • Presentability of Staff o We guarantee that we will supply only well groomed, presentable staff to you. Back Ground Screening Clearance of your new appointed employees • RPL will come and assist at your premises with back ground screening. • RPL can only provide you with criminal checks if the fingers print get done by our screening consultants. • RPL to provide a final copy of the checks. • RPL have a wide verity of checks to screening new employees. • Client can request specific checks according to their needs. 3. Lifting Machinery Training RPL has been Registered with TETA. TETA Number: TETA12-278 • Unit Standard ID:242972 - Operate Advance defined purpose lift trucks • Unit Standard ID:242974 - Operate counter - balance lift truck • Unit Standard ID:242981 - Operate defined purpose lift truck We do training on Site Training, theory training can be done at our offices if needed. 4. Payroll Administrators RPL specialise in payroll administrating : • Salary Administration o RPL takes the burden of weekly, bi-weekly and monthly salary payouts off the client hands. o RPL will attend to payment of all staff, which includes the statutory deductions of U.I.F., P.A.Y.E, Site Tax etc. Calculations is based on the timesheets or clock systems as provided by the client. o RPL will provide each employee with a payslip o RPL will provide the monthly EMP201report. "Employer responsible to pay SARS." o RPL provide every half year the EMP501 reports o RPL to provide all IT34 and IRP5 every Year end included with all reports. 5.
