We build new homes. We are always looking for the best prices on the materials we nincorporate in our new homes. We are full service and need anything to do with electric, plumbing, lumber, lighting, doors, windows, cabinets, paints, trim. It takes all kinds of materials to build homes as you might guess. We build homes for people or we also build just to resale. We are a smaller company and build 3 to 4 homes per year.
