The thought of growing bamboo on our property occurred around five years ago. The combating of global warming began to be one of the main reasons. I can't imagine living anywhere without bamboo growing on our properties, no matter what state we happened to be in. Missouri is a tad bit different . We studied about different types of bamboo that can be grown in our zone 6, for So we are growing and selling the bamboos that are hardy in our zone. We are now considered a bamboo nursery which sells high quality, and has a high variety to choose from. We try to keep up with the demand as it gets bigger and bigger!
