Raoping County Yunhuang Fishing Tackle Factory

Yunhuang Fishing Tackle Factory is is an affiliate of Riersen Corporation Limited. It is a production enterprise with three factories. In accordance with our development, we have set up the factories in three different areas for making different productions of fishing. First of all, the main factory produces nylon multifilament and nylon monofilament. We have about 40 various advanced weaving machines, such as lengthwise stretching machine, depth wise vacuum setting machine, dyeing equipment and resin treating machine, all coming up to an internationally advanced level.

The second factory mainly produces all kinds of cages. Based on our ancestors' experience in fishing, we have developed many kinds of cages according to the depth of the sea, from shallow sea to deep sea, different seasons, different areas and various seafood specialties of the marine life. Because we have been researching, designing, and reforming all the time, we have produced great wall cage, fish trap cage, crab trap cage, shrimp trap cage, which suit for shallow sea. In addition, we have made cages suiting for deep sea, for example, sea eel cage, lobster cage, etc. What's more, to cater to the needs of fishing in the deep sea, we have listened to the ideas of fishermen from inland coastal, Taiwan Province, Vietnam and other Southeast Asian areas. Combining these ideas with the traditional shipping machine, we have produced a series of haul net machines, which are used to take back the various nets, lines and cages from the sea. This machine has been widely used by all the fishermen in China.

The third factory is located beside the seaside, mainly producing trammel net and gill net, which are made by handwork in the base of weaving machines.
